There are two types of surgeries for penis enlargement, penis lengthening surgery and penis widening surgery.
Penis lengthening surgery can increase the size of your penis another inch or possibly two inches. The way that this is possible is because under your skin in your penis you will find these extra inches. The success of the surgery is more for a flaccid penis rather than an erect penis.
There are of course some risks involved with surgery for penis enlargement, and one of the risks for the penis lengthening surgery is the possibility of actually reducing the size of your penis. Can you imagine that? You go in to get a longer penis and you come out with a penis that is shorter than it was before. WOW!
Now the penis widening surgery is of course going to increase the girth. There are many different methods to this type of increase such as fat injection, dermal fat grafts, alloderm grafts, and saphenous vein grafts. This surgery for penis enlargement is not going to be as costly as the penis lengthening surgery, but it’s also not going to be as effective. There are many issues with fat injection, there is only a 30% chance that the injection will work and you will need to go back and repeat the process and spend more money. I don’t know about you but the downside to both of these types of surgery for penis enlargement don’t make me want to run out and get them.
