Yes he could be carrying it, particularly if he isn't circumcised. In men, it's called smegma and is much more easily treated than in women, for obvious reasons. He has to use soap and water, move the foreskin back and clean the glans and fold of skin. An antibiotic cream wouldn't hurt, either. You need to take your own preventive measures. Next time you get ready for sex, skin his foreskin back and sniff it. If you wouldn't put it in your mouth, don't put it where you can't rinse and spit.

People realy need to do some biblical research in the new testament and they will see that circumsision is no longer a nesesary thing to do. The only reason Timothy in the new testament was circumsised is that both he and Paul new that the jewis people would not listen to somebody that wasnt circumcised. As we Christians know,circumcision is such a benefit to our sex lives.
